Meet your Inner Mentor through a guided visualization, journaling and reflection. Your Inner Mentor can become a guide or a partner that you can check in with regularly to support you.
This is based on Tara Mohr’s “Playing Big” work.
Please bring a journal or something to write on.
In person workshops will end with an opportunity to connect creatively with your Inner Mentor by creating an image, a collage, writing a letter, etc. We will have some art supplies but if you have something you feel drawn to please bring that too.”
