Dream, Design and Align: New Year Vision Board Workshop

Ground your body, clear your mind, and create a vision that inspires your year ahead! Step into the new year with clarity, creativity, and intention. Join Allison Jordan and Stacy Carlone for a three-hour workshop designed to help you ground, reflect, and dream big. We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow, pranayama, and meditation to quiet the mind and open the heart. From that centered space, you’ll move into guided journaling to reflect on the past year and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead. With your vision clear, you’ll then create a personalized vision board—an inspiring visual reminder of the goals, dreams, and energy you want to call into your life. We’ll close with the deep rest of yoga nidra, sealing in your intentions with ease and calm. All supplies for your vision board will be provided, along with light snacks. Just bring your journal, your curiosity, and a willingness to imagine what’s possible. Start your year feeling grounded, inspired, and empowered with a vision you can carry into 2026 and beyond.

Meet Your Inner Mentor

Just as you have a voice that leads from self-doubt you also have a voice of inner wisdom, your Inner Mentor. Most of us just haven’t met or developed a relationship with our Inner Mentor yet. Meet your Inner Mentor through a guided visualization and journaling. (Mine’s name is Faith and is pretty amazing.) Your Inner Mentor can become a guide or a partner that you can check in with regularly to support you. Faith often reminds me that I’ve “got this.” Leave the workshop knowing that together you and your Inner Mentor have it too!  This interactive workshop will include guided meditation,  discussion, yoga asana, mediation, and journaling.  This is based on Tara Mohr’s “Playing Big” work.

Quiet Your Inner Critic

Do any of this sound familiar, “I’m not qualified. I’m not good enough. I need another certification or more experience. I’m not good enough.?” These sound harsh but may also sound familiar because these are all phrases that run through many people’s thoughts. This is the voice of your self-doubt, your Inner Critic.

In this workshop, you will identify and characterize your Inner Critic plus learn tools and tips to quiet your Inner Critic when they’re too loud and getting in your way. This interactive workshop will include discussion, yoga asana, mediation, and journaling.  This is based on Tara Mohr’s “Playing Big” work.
