Meditation and Mindfulness
The benefits of a regular meditation practice are many including reducing stress and helping you stay focused.
As a Whole Leader, you will have access to live and recorded meditation session. Don’t worry if you are new to meditation. Instruction will be simple, clear and open to all levels. We’ll be starting with 5 minutes.
Mondays: 9:00 - 9:15 am EST (live on Zoom or video)
Get MY Work Done.
How often do you spend your day putting out other people’s fires? Do you often start to tackle your To Do list at 5:00 when the rest of the office is quiet?
Every week, join the collective on Zoom in spending one hour together working on your most important tasks. At the beginning of the hour, you may share what you are working on and then we’ll go do it. Muted and video on or off. At the end, we’ll share our wins!
Tuesdays: 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm EST (Zoom)
Yoga
The benefits of yoga are numerous including stress reduction, mindfulness, increased relaxation plus many physical benefits.
Every week, join the Collective on Zoom in spending 30 minutes together moving through yoga poses. No fancy yoga pants needed.
Thursdays: 9:00 - 9:30 am EST (live on Zoom or a recording)
Reflect. Plan. Prioritize.
Spend 30 minutes every Friday reviewing your past week. What went well? What did you learn? What didn’t get done? Then planning and prioritizing your next week. When are you making time for yourself? What are your top tasks? What is on your calendar?
Fridays: 10:30 - 11:30 am EST (Zoom)

Monthly Opportunities
Each month you have the opportunity to participate via Zoom in the following: They will all be recorded in case you can’t make one.
Week 1: Workshop
A 45 - 60 minute interactive workshop on a topic focusing on you as a leader such as Values, Inner Mentor, Habits and Systems, Imposter Syndrome, Inner Critic, Coaching and more.
First Tuesday at 2:00 - 2:45 pm EST (Zoom)
Week 2: Peer Groups
Participate in a supportive and empathetic community with EDs/CEOs from organizations with similar budgets or mission. This is time for you to ask questions, share resources or whatever would be helpful.
Second Thursday at 2:00 - 3:00 pm EST (Zoom)
Week 3: Group Coaching
Opportunity to let down your leadership guard in a supportive community to get real time guidance and support. You can ask a question or just listen and witness others. Whichever you choose, you will know that you are not alone.
Third Tuesday at 2:00 - 3:00 pm EST (Zoom)
Week 4: Make Time For You!
There is nothing planned the last week of the month. Make time to do something just for you!
Walk in the park. Take a nap. Read a book. Call a friend. Play with your children. Take a bath. Get a massage. Watch a movie. Laugh.
